3. VIP Upgrade Programme

The VIP Upgrade provides:

Access to recorded taught sessions

One 1:1 coaching call

Access to latest updates and communications

Access begins on the date of purchase.

4. 1:1 Coaching Call Policy

VIP members are entitled to:

One 1:1 coaching call, which must be:

Booked within 90 days of purchase

Attended at the scheduled time

If a call is:

Missed without notice — it may be forfeited
Cancelled — at least 24 hours notice is required

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Unused calls expire after 90 days.

5. Recorded Session Access

VIP members receive:

Access to recorded sessions

Materials for personal use only

You agree:

Not to share recordings

Not to distribute content

Not to upload content publicly

All materials remain the property of The FitLeader Collective.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely via:

Stripe

Payment is required in full before access to VIP content is granted.

Prices may change at any time but will not affect existing purchases.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the services provided:

All sales are final.

Refunds are not provided once:

Access to materials has been granted

Digital content has been delivered

If technical issues occur, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve access problems.
